Geoff is a real estate finance and development leader with more than $3.2 billion in completed projects and transactions. He co-founded Legacy Power Capital to align capital, incentives, and delivery for power- and connectivity-ready sites. Geoff brings deep expertise in mixed-use and multifamily execution, guiding projects that anchor downtown and campus-adjacent Neural Nexus developments. His leadership ensures that LPC delivers results with precision and integrity.

At LPC, Todd leads the integration of AI and private cloud services across Neural Nexus, helping clients adopt secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions that drive innovation.
