Co-Founder & Principal
Geoff is a real estate finance and development leader with more than $3.2 billion in completed projects and transactions. He co-founded Legacy Power Capital to align capital, incentives, and delivery for power- and connectivity-ready sites. Geoff brings deep expertise in mixed-use and multifamily execution, guiding projects that anchor downtown and campus-adjacent Neural Nexus developments. His leadership ensures that LPC delivers results with precision and integrity.
Aiden Randolph
Co-Founder & Principal
Aiden is a technology-forward developer who built LPC’s approach to data-infrastructure diligence, focusing on power analysis, fiber readiness, and stakeholder coordination. His work centers on aligning equity partners and streamlining site development from concept to execution. With a background in technology and strategic operations, Aiden leads LPC’s efforts to bridge real estate, energy, and compute infrastructure to support Neural Nexus innovation.

Principal, Chief Revenue Officer
Todd has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise cloud and AI strategy. He previously worked with IBM, where he helped deliver $1 billion in cloud and AI contracts and launched major enterprise programs. At LPC, Todd leads the integration of AI and private cloud services across Neural Nexus, helping clients adopt secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions that drive innovation.
Rob Miller
Principal, Head of Global Sales & HPC Strategy
Rob has over 20 years of experience in IT sales and hybrid cloud solutions. He has managed large enterprise clients, aligning infrastructure needs with high-performance, cyber-resilient solutions. Rob's expertise in private cloud strategy and client engagement supports LPC’s mission to deliver flexible, reliable AI-ready compute environments across Neural Nexus campuses.
Steven Frank
Principal, Networking & Client Solutions
Steven has over 20 years of experience across telecom, fiber, and data center development. He has led multi-billion-dollar telecom integrations, including a $180 million ARR initiative in Houston, and built HPC environments for major institutions. Steven's expertise in network infrastructure and connectivity strategy ensures LPC delivers high-performance and scalable compute environments across all Neural Nexus campuses.
Madhu Maganti
Principal, Chief Information & Innovation Officer
Madhu is a senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading global enterprise transformation. He has built and scaled high-performing teams that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Madhu's strategic leadership has delivered more than $200 million in annual cost savings through process optimization and technology advancement, helping LPC stay at the forefront of innovation and strategy.
Brian Jeans
Principal, Chief Commercial Officer
Brian brings more than 20 years of leadership in the energy sector, managing large-scale projects and investment portfolios. He has raised over $100 million in energy funds and overseen more than $10 billion in transactions. As founder of an energy EPC firm, Brian's deep understanding of power infrastructure enables LPC to execute high-performance developments with efficiency and reliability.
Matt Stewart
Principal, Chief Operations Officer & Multifamily
Matt has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, real estate, and multifamily development. He has led the design and execution of hundreds of successful projects, combining technical skill with strategic leadership.
